Multi Screen Media (MSM) has announced the appointment of Vaishali Sharma as its new marketing and communications head for its premium Hindi movies and special events channel SONY MAX.
Sharma’s 20 year experience has been rich and diverse, spanning across various business verticals including brand and television channel launches, category creation, path-breaking work in building brands in new media and adapting global strategies to bolster local brands.
She has moved to the Sony family from Times Now, where she had a successful stint as the Vice President, Marketing. Her keen insights into region-specific markets were critical in building business strategies that served as blueprints for success. Her previous assignments were with BBC Global News and Walt Disney Television as Head of marketing.
